ADDING PRODUCTS TO THE CART AND CONFIRMING THE ORDER
Select the desired products, specify the quantity, and add them to the cart. When adding a product to the cart, you will see the cart contents in a pop-up window at the top right of the screen when you hover over the cart.
In the cart, you can see the total amount and how many products have been added, modify quantities, add or remove products, and continue shopping. Products will not be deleted from the cart when you continue browsing.
Once all desired items are selected and you proceed to checkout, choose the delivery method (for Omniva, Itella SmartPost, or DPD Pickup, select the appropriate parcel machine location from the pop-up window). Confirm the order and fill in the required personal details. Make sure your email address is correct! The order confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address you provided.

EneAkselArt.ee is an online store selling goods and products under its own name.
ORDER PROCEDURE AND ENTRY INTO FORCE
An order is generally considered an offer under the Law of Obligations Act. EneAkselArt.ee is not required to separately notify the customer of acceptance of the order. If EneAkselArt.ee proceeds to fulfil the order, the order is considered accepted. Orders with incorrect data will be cancelled, and the order will expire 1 week after EneAkselArt.ee becomes aware of it.
To place an order, the buyer must have a functioning email address, to which the order confirmation will be sent electronically. The confirmation is for informational purposes only to acknowledge receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order for contract formation purposes. If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 16 years old, legally competent, and if of legal age, not restricted in legal capacity.
DELIVERY COST
Self-pickup – Repsu talu, Lepiku village, Kambja municipality, 61705 Tartu County (by agreement, call +372 5373 8045 between 12:00 and 20:00) – 0 EUR.

Orders requiring delivery will be charged a delivery fee depending on the destination.

No delivery charge applies to electronic products.

Parcel machines offer a secure and convenient delivery method within Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.
Please make sure the mobile phone number you provide is correct, as the delivery company will send an SMS when the package arrives.

ORDER REJECTION
EneAkselArt.ee has the right to reject your order if you have returned goods 3 or more times within 12 consecutive months.
EneAkselArt.ee also reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in cases provided by law and in the following circumstances: – the ordered product is no longer available, including due to stock depletion;
– the product price shown on the EneAkselArt.ee website was incorrect, and the order was based on this incorrect price.
The customer will be informed of any withdrawal by EneAkselArt.ee as soon as possible via phone or email.
PRODUCT PRICES
All prices on the Estonian-language website www.EneAkselArt.ee are in euros and do not include VAT. EneAkselArt.ee is operated by EneAkselArt LLC, which is not a VAT payer.
EneAkselArt.ee reserves the right to adjust prices.
ORDER FULFILMENT TIME
All received orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. Transit time depends on the chosen delivery method.
PACKAGE ARRIVAL
Parcel machines are self-service post offices located in shopping centres across Estonia. You can choose any location convenient to your daily route or summer home, not just the one closest to your home.
Omniva and DPD parcel machines are accessible 24/7 and located outside shopping centres.
SmartPost parcel machines are located inside shopping centres and are accessible during opening hours.
Using a parcel machine is simple:
Check storage conditions on the delivery company’s website.
Once your parcel arrives, you will receive an SMS or email. Bring an ID when collecting it from a post office.
For courier delivery, the courier will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. A valid ID is required upon receipt.
BUYER’S DELAY IN ACCEPTANCE
The buyer must keep the provided mobile number active to receive the SMS notification and must monitor their email and be aware of local post office opening hours.
If the buyer does not collect the goods within 2 days of receiving the arrival notice, they will be considered in default of acceptance.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
To view the order confirmation, Adobe Acrobat Reader is required. If this is not installed on your device, you can download it from the Adobe website.
CANCELLING AN ORDER

RETURNING GOODS
You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact. Keep the order confirmation, as it is required in case of defects. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
EneAkselArt.ee is not liable for: – product deterioration or damage caused by the customer;
– defects resulting from improper use of the product;
– natural wear and tear from normal use.
EneAkselArt.ee is responsible for any defects that existed at the time of delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
You must notify EneAkselArt.ee of any defect within two months of discovering it.
We are responsible for defects that occur within two years of delivery. Any defect occurring within six months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of transfer, unless this presumption is inconsistent with the nature of the goods or the defect.
Refunds will be issued to the same bank account from which the payment was received within 14 days of the returned item arriving at EneAkselArt.ee’s warehouse, unless agreed otherwise.
PAYMENT METHODS
At EneAkselArt online store, you can pay via Montonio using bank links (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop Bank, Citadele, Revolut, N26) or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Payment is processed outside the EneAkselArt environment via Montonio’s secure payment gateway.
EneAkselArt has no access to the customer’s banking or credit card information.
RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP AND DEBT COLLECTION COSTS
Goods delivered with payment terms remain the property of EneAkselArt.ee until paid in full.
EneAkselArt.ee or an authorised representative has the right to recover from the customer any reasonable and necessary costs related to debt collection, including legal and debt collection agency fees.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND USE
EneAkselArt.ee has the right to collect and process personal data provided by the customer and to share it with third parties (including postal service providers) if necessary to fulfil the order, process data, or for business planning and analysis.
EneAkselArt.ee may use the customer’s email address for business communications, marketing, and sending information.
The customer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of their personal data at any time, except where required to fulfil the contract or enforce legal claims.
